THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Beautiful nature regardless of the season and several lakes. Grocery store, restaurants and train and bus station are located in Vittsjö village. Guests have access to a rowboat, two kayaks and fishing from the jetty. Golf course, elk safari, waffle cottage and Skåneleden are located in the nearby area. Skånes Djurpark (animal park) is a 45-minute drive. There, Nordic animals such as wolves, bears, lynx and other Nordic species live in their natural environment. For next summer, please make a contact. Our home has a fantastic location overlooking the lake. The house (139 m2) is located by Lake Ømmern, 50 km from Gothenburg. The house, which is located on its own peninsula (3.5 acres), is isolated at the front and has sun from morning to evening. From the terrace you go directly into the lake with its own sandy beach and jetty. In addition to the main house with large living room with fireplace, kitchen, 4 bedrooms (8 people), there is a single annex with room for 4 extra in the summer (cannot be heated).

Welcome to our fully equipped cottage of 25 sqm + sleeping loft in a fantastic environment in the heart of nature, in a garden, 150 m/2 min from swimming (beach/cliff/jetty). The house is brightly decorated with natural materials, large windows, exit to its own balcony, fireplace for cozy moments, sleeping loft for cozy children/adults who want to be a little on their own sometimes. Move freely in our garden, where you can find your own nook to sit in, lie in a hammock and just be. Non-smoking accommodation, small dog is ok, not in bed.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

Here you can see wild animals roaming by such as deer and fox. You can enjoy nice forest walks, paddling, berry and mushroom picking. The accommodation has a large bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed. Living room with exit to patio and a sleeping loft with two single beds. There is also a single bed in the living room.
