Work out in the small but luxurious gym then relax in the bathtub or in the sauna. Get power. Kotten is a unique architect-designed residence for those who want to get away from stress and big city. Children must be over 9 years old. There is no must-see, only peacefulness. The house was built entirely of wood and was dressed with a cedar.

Bring your family and friends to the village of Ängalag, between Båstad (8 km) and Torekov (4 km). Here you live in a guest house, in a wing building, on a small farm near the sea, nature and seven golf courses. In the area, there are many beautiful excursion destinations, such as Norrviken's gardens, Hovs halls and Tora vineyard, as well as nice beaches, hiking and biking trails. The newly renovated, and fully equipped, 80m2 house has large living areas. The house has two patios and there is access to a large lawn.

Large villa with modern decor, 4 bedrooms (3 with double bed, 1 with single bed). The house is fully furnished and the kitchen fully equipped. Close to Gothenburg city center (10 min by car, 25 min by bus/train). Large bathroom downstairs with double shower, sauna and bathtub. Large terrace with seating area and grill, as well as grass area for garden play and games. Booking rules: Only caring families and adults over the age of 28 are allowed to book due to previous damage and parties without cleaning.

Saxtorpsskogens nature reserve can be reached in 5 minutes by foot. Järavallen's hiking area is few kilometres away. Saxtorpssjöarna with swimming opportunities is only 5 minutes away by car. Famous golf course is nearby. 30 minutes by car to both Malmö, Lund and Helsingborg. 10 minutes by car to Landskrona.

Warm welcome to this amazing villa in a high and unique location with a magical view of the Hakefjord and Tjörnbron! The large plot offers a wide view of land, sea and islands. This well cared for and modern villa sits in a very quiet and pleasant location in beloved Röreviken. Bathrobe distance to newly renovated sauna and to salt baths by the jetty a little bit below the house. Röreviken is a child-friendly and popular area with proximity to Stenungsund, only 5 minutes from the house.

The house is 170 square meters and newly renovated. A total of 4 bedrooms and the garden have a big lawn. The house is located in a quiet area, just 2,5km to swim in the ocean, 10km to Gothenburg city and 2 minutes walk to the bus. It's also possible to charge your electric car at the driveway. The outdoor room is easy to open up so you can dine there no matter the weather. Bedset and towels are included since nov 2024. The person making the booking must be at least 30 years old.

Villa Bastuviken

YOU COME TO CLEAN BEDS WITH TOWELS. There are toilet paper, coffee filters, hand dish soap and dishwasher detergent. A pile of wood by the stove and inside the sauna and as an extra luxury there is a canoe and a rowing boat ALL THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE RENT. Fishing is allowed with a fishing license that you buy on Ifiske search on fishing-ningsjoarna-oxsjon. But fishing for children up to 14 years is FREE. CLEANING is done by the guest, but you can buy cleaning for SEK 3000

Villa Rydholm 15 Minutes from Gothenburg Center

Ett personligt hem där ni både kan nyttja Göteborgs nöjen och njuta av grillkvällar med kvällsol. Trädgården har studsmatta och ett stenkast bort ligger en fin lekplats. Närmaste spårvagnshållplats är Sälofjordsgatan som ligger 250 m från huset. Med spårvagn tar ni er in till centrum på mellan 15-20 minuter, och till Liseberg, Mässan och Universeum på 25 minuter.
