A larger house and two smaller ones with a common patio make this house perfect for a large family. The large house is 110 sqm and has three bedrooms and two toilets. A large open living room with fully-equipped kitchen. Glazed conservatory that can be opened completely to the wooden deck. In the large bathroom there is a shower and bathtub, as well as a washing machine. In the medium-sized house, which is 25 sqm, there are four beds. A small kitchen and toilet & shower. In the shed there is sleeping space for three. Parties are not allowed

There are well-stocked grocery stores, genuine small shops and boardwalk to cozy restaurants right by the sea. Good bus connections to Gothenburg, Smögen, Lysekil, about 1 hour's journey. 7 minutes by car to Lyckorna golf club. 15 minutes by car you will find a large shopping center. If you want to enjoy the tranquility of the forest and nature, you have nice hiking trails near several lakes starting about 1 km from the accommodation.

Here you live in a guest house, in a wing building, on a small farm near the sea, nature and seven golf courses. In the area, there are many beautiful excursion destinations, such as Norrviken's gardens, Hovs halls and Tora vineyard, as well as nice beaches, hiking and biking trails. The newly renovated, and fully equipped, 80m2 house has large living areas. The house has two patios and there is access to a large lawn.
