Charming historic townhouse from the 1800s. Fantastically located on the waterfront at Lynæs harbour in Hundested. Centrally located in the middle of the high street and yet in a beautiful natural setting, with only 200 m to the authentic harbour in Lynæs. The beach can be seen from the house and is only a short walk down the road. Lynæs harbour is a fantastic bathing spot for year-round swimming, with surfing equipment rental, a private sauna, wonderful restaurants and ice cream. The house is gently renovated and decorated with respect for the age and history of the house.

A spacious living area features a large sectional sofa with neutral upholstery, arranged around a woven coffee table. Light enters through a large window, which is framed by decorative elements. A soft area rug lies on the warm wood floor, enhancing the cozy feel.

Comfortable and with lovely standard in Torekov

Enjoy high living standard at Bjäreterassen right outside Torekov. Our beautiful home is build as a modern "skånelänga". It has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, patio and 2 bicycles. Outdoor pool with a sauna, a clay tennis court and an Orangery is part of the co-op, which you book via an app used by guests. Top ranked Torekov Golf Club is about 1 km walking distance away. Being close to both the the village, the sea and splendid nature makes this place very unique.

Modern 3 bedroom family holiday home, 90m2 on 2 floors with private garden - perfect to enjoy the summer resort Torekov. Access to tennis court (free) on the premises, as well as a heated (28 degrees) pool. 10min walk to the sea and golf course about 20 min along the sea to reach the village of Torekov with restaurants, shops, bars. 12 min drive to Båstad. Guests need to bring bed linen, towels and do the exit cleaning before departure. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine.

Our semi-detached house in Mollösund Tången is a holiday home with that little extra. The house is modern and well equipped with everything needed for a pleasant holiday in the heart of Bohuslän. The house is dimensioned for 6 people to stay comfortably but it is possible to fit an additional 2-3 people if needed. The price includes access to our boathouse and Tången's private swimming areas. Tången is about 500 meters (15 minutes walk) east of Mollösund's old community.

As central as you can get! Fresh one-story house on a corner plot in the middle of the village. Stone-built, private courtyard in the southwest. Residence with living room/kitchen, bedroom and bathroom Separate sleeping cabin/guest room. Please note that cleaning is not included and that you as a guest are responsible for leaving the house in the same condition as when you moved in. Sheets and towels are usually not included but can be arranged by agreement.

Semi-detached house about 10 min from Gbg city. Several patios with ample room for lovely barbecue nights. On the patio find a Weber gas grill. On the terrace in the front, there is a large lounge group. A garage driveway for 2 cars. In the area there is an Ica store, a bakery, 3 pizzerias and a sushi bar. It is 5 min walk to the bus stop which takes you into the city center in about 10 min. We have a code lock that allows for no-person check-in if desired!
