Villa with beach property, private jetty. In the middle of nature

Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. The house has a private location, yet only a few minutes from the center of Lerum. Enjoy nature, fishing, picking berries, cycling, swimming in abundance. If you get cold, there is the hot hot tub. It is a 15 minute walk to the train that takes you to Gothenburg. With car, it takes 20 min to GBG. Soup and rowing boat are available to borrow. Outdoor kitchen, wood-fired pizza oven, or the grill is there for a life out on the balcony. In the house there is a kind cat, good to know for those who are allergic.

For 6 adults optimally, if more there are 2 camp beds & 2 cribs to borrow. Completely renovated in 2021. Pets allowed. No smoker. 500m to the sea. Walking distance to pizzeria, bakery, tavern, malenbadet, tennis court, flea market, Drivan, preschool, school, Continental, harbor - perfect location! Goes by agreement to rent monthly. Sheets & towels can be rented on site, cost SEK 150/50 per person & stay

Luxurious tranquility right by the lake

(From November 1, 2025, we only take four guests) Kick back and relax in this calm and stylish space. Enjoy nature outside. The house is located in the middle of a forest plot. Work out in the small but luxurious gym then relax in the bathtub or in the sauna. Get power. Kotten is a unique architect-designed residence for those who want to get away from stress and big city. Children must be over 9 years old. There is no must-see, only peacefulness. The house was built entirely of wood and was dressed with a cedar.

House near sea, nature & golf courses

Bring your family and friends to the village of Ängalag, between Båstad (8 km) and Torekov (4 km). Here you live in a guest house, in a wing building, on a small farm near the sea, nature and seven golf courses. In the area, there are many beautiful excursion destinations, such as Norrviken's gardens, Hovs halls and Tora vineyard, as well as nice beaches, hiking and biking trails. The newly renovated, and fully equipped, 80m2 house has large living areas. The house has two patios and there is access to a large lawn.

Renovated house with 200 meters to the sea and all of Båstad's range of harbor, beach, tennis and nature within walking distance. The house offers a large and well-equipped kitchen with direct access to the south-facing balcony with barbecue for wonderful dinners in the nice garden. You live comfortably in new beds in all the rooms and there are two bathrooms as well as a guest toilet. For the little guests, there is a growing bed, crib and high chair available.
