A modernised and cosy 75 m² flat in a well-maintained half-timbered house from the 18th century. There is a large, as-good-as-new kitchen and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a new sofa bed with an ottoman in the living room. For a possible 3rd person. There are several restaurants and shopping facilities close to the flat. The flat is located in a quiet side street.
