It is located 2 km from the beach of Châtillon at the end of Lake Bourget, and it is a 10-minute drive 9 km from Chanaz, a very flowery village crossed by a Roman canal that connects the Lake to the Rhône from where boats leave for Aix-les-Bains as well as the Abbey of Hautecombe, necropolis of the Kings of Italy. We are at the gates of the Chartreuse mountain range and not far from Lake Aiguebelette.

We offer a small, non-air-conditioned but cool apartment (on the ground floor of our house) that has been recently renovated, with a kitchenette, a small living room, a private bathroom and a lovely wooden terrace with flowers. 5 minutes walk from the village and ViaRhona, 5 minutes from the port of Virignin, 30 minutes from Chambéry and Aix les Bains and 15 minutes from Lac du Bourget.
