My place is a wooden house built by local carpenters with local timber. We use 100% renewable energy and even the waste is off grid. Situated in our 2 acre garden in a residential neighbourhood, opposite the pine forest. You can walk to the village for boulangerie and restaurants. We are 15 min from the Atlantic beaches of Contis. Access to the beach is via a small footbridge at the edge of the forest, the surf school is just at the end. Behind the building, the bike path can take you to the lake or the village. A 5-minute walk away you will find the pedestrian street with its restaurants, bars, shops, entertainment and delicious ice cream. It's a bright, cozy and calm apartment. Nice fisherman's house 100 m from the ocean

Nice bright little fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be a short walk from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and are happy to share it with you!
