Idyllically situated in a quiet location with a fantastic mountain backdrop. Perfect for families, couples and as a workplace. The accommodation is optimally suited for 4 people. There is also a pull-out couch for 2 more people. All beds are double beds. There is a separate cot for babies. There is a nice children's playground right in front of the house.

When we were in this place for the first time many years ago in the middle of the hiking paradise, we were immediately captivated: the smell of natural meadow, the tranquility of the forest, pure nature, the ski and toboggan run in the immediate vicinity. And yet only a 2-minute walk to the village, 10 minutes by car and you are in Innsbruck. We have renovated the old house for a long time and furnished a beautiful apartment in Alpine vintage style. Shopping and culture in the Alpine environment! In the immediate vicinity are 2 supermarkets, a bakery, butcher, pharmacy and a doctor. There is also an indoor swimming pool, skating rink and a tennis court nearby. The ski resort is 300 m away and is a 5-minute walk. Pets are not allowed.
