Unique chalet house in Kings Norton

A very special and unique house which is ideal for single travellers or a couple. Tucked away in a quiet cul de sac with a log burner and floor to ceiling flue, open plan living, big HD smart TV, WiFi, mezzanine bedroom with balcony looking over the lounge, garden extension, waterfall and pond are just some of the extensive renovations I have carried out on the house along with brand new central heating and double glazing. The Annexe is a newly renovated, self contained suite. Attached to our house but with its’ own entrance the space has 2 comfortable bedrooms with space to work or study (with wifi). There is a newly fitted bathroom along with a well equipped kitchen and relaxing sitting room. We live on site and so can be on hand to offer advice if desired. 5 minutes walk to the University main gate. We are a 25 minute walk to the QE hospital and Edgbaston cricket ground and well served for taxis.

This listing is a self contained area of a bigger residence where the host lives. It is a large Victorian detached house in Edgbaston, close to Birmingham University and the centre of town. There is off road parking for one car. The living room is very spacious .The bedroom is large and there is a small kitchen(it has sink,fridge and combined microwave / oven but no hob or oven) and good sized bathroom. There is a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.

Immaculate Selly Oak Home- Cadbury’s, Uni, QE City

A lovely refurbished home offering a stay for up to 4 Nr University of Birmingham, Cadbury World, close to train / bus links to city centre. The house is cosy for 4 people so probably only suited to 4 for a short stay (although 4 guests have happily stayed longer!). The road is in a quiet residential area so no parties or loud noise please. Shops, restaurants & pubs 5 min walk. Railway line behind the houses opposite but noise from this is minimal & house is double glazed.
