Unique house designed over an old restaurant with a floor area of over 120m², spacious rooms, with lots of ventilation and bathed in natural light. Suitable for longer stays, kitchen with 14-place dishwasher, ground floor patio with modest lighting for moonlight bathing. On a 720m² property, located 400m from the beach, with lots of privacy and views framing the Serra do Mar. Ground floor and white tower, intended for technical and service areas, not a usable area.
