The 1-room basement apartment (45 sqm) is located in a detached house in a cul-de-sac in Ochtmissen. In just 10 minutes you can reach the beautiful Lüneburg city center by car. If you don't want to drive, bus line 5005 leaves almost right outside the door. You can reach the apartment via a separate entrance. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a shower toilet, a combined living room and bedroom A washing machine, towels, bed linens, TV and Wi-Fi are available for free use.

Mit der Fahrradfähre seid ihr in 5 Minuten auf der anderen Elbseite von wo aus euch ein angenehm befahrbarer Radweg immer den Fluss entlang führt. P.s. Geheimtips für die besten Elbstrände zum picknicken und bestaunen der Sonnenuntergänge sind natürlich inklusive.

Between the historic old town and the colorful hustle and bustle in Lüneburg's pedestrian zone, the apartment is optimally located. A small kiosk is around the corner and the balcony invites you to breakfast or a glass of wine.

Our little apartment is placed near the famous nature reserve "Lüneburger Heath", which offers a lot of activities like hiking, biking or horse riding. Starting from here is just a stone's throw to the "Heidepark Soltau" (amusement park), Snow dome Bispingen (ski park), Wildpark Lüneburger Heide and Serengeti Park (wildlife parks), etc… Take your bike or grab your horse and conquer the area! You are welcome to bring your domestic animals with you!

Dear holiday guests! My apartment is on the upper floor of a semi-detached house at the end of a cul-de-sac. It is very quiet and within walking distance you are at Ratzeburger See, Küchensee in the forest, in the city center or at the train station. The bright, friendly apartment can accommodate two adults (with a child if necessary) and has a living room, a double bedroom, a kitchen, a shower room and a separate toilet. Dogs are very welcome.

The apartment was newly renovated/refurbished in 2023. The listed building used to be a horse stable. This gives the building a very special charm. Our old farm is very quiet. You have the opportunity to walk directly on the lake or to get some fresh air in the forest. Our location is ideally situated. We are right in the middle of Hamburg and Lüneburg (each 20 km away). The apartment is located in a listed villa, which was originally built in 1864. There are eight apartments in the house, which are spread over four levels. The house has a living area of 550 m², the apartment, which is located on the second level, is 32 m² in size. The kitchenette is equipped with a built-in kitchen that allows normal cooking.
