Had a lovely stay. The Airbnb had all the amenities I needed, the bed was very comfortable and everything was impeccably clean. It is well located and not too far to walk from the city and very close to the train station. Alberto is an amazing host, super responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay here again. Thank you Alberto!

Albert’s place was a reasonable distance from the centre and was a good price Colin comparison to the other hosts for the time. The apartment was clean and had a large selection of amenities for use. If you’re happy sharing a living space with other people this is a perfect spot.

Amazing host, you can feel at home. We didn't expect such hospitality. In addition to a warm welcome, restaurant recommendations, Enrico also gave us an Italian drink and prepared breakfast to eat it together. Quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended!

We had a very good time with Alberto, he personally welcomed us and showed us the entire apartment as a real landlord. The house upon our arrival was perfectly tidy and clean, in short, ready to welcome us. Alberto was very helpful and kind from the first moment, so as to extend the checkout a few hours longer. Very nice apartment done to a high standard. New bathrooms and kitchen, comfy beds. Lovely to have an outdoor space. We ate out at nearby restaurants every night. People intending to eat in should note there is no built in oven, but there is a good table top oven, a microwave and gas hob. Wi-fi was very good. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

Everything was fabulous! 10/10 without hesitation. Angelo is super responsive and thoughtful. The accommodation is very clean, very comfortable, with a beautiful private bathroom and all the amenities to feel at home (small fridge, kettle, hair dryer, TV...). The amenities are great, and it's very quiet! The little extra: the water fountain in the corridor, ideal for filling your bottle and going for a walk for the day. The location is perfect: within 15 minutes walking distance from the train station, and 15 minutes walking to the city center in the other direction! Airbnb to recommend, the best I've had so far! Claudia and her husband were exemplary hosts, I never felt as good as in this stay! Claudia was always kind, helpful and full of care, she never made me miss anything, on the contrary! The apartment was clean, equipped with all the comforts described and furnished with everything I needed for a long stay. Sheets and towels were always impeccable and I were changed every week. Claudia took care of the cleaning and disposing of the garbage for the duration of her stay. She was also always available for any requests and was very flexible with checkout. Thank you very much for your hospitality, I will definitely be back if I need to stay in the area!

The apartment was big, it looked clean, noise from trains was minimal. Well placed and peaceful.

Lovely apartment. Light and spacious and well located for the city centre. Gabriele gave us great recommendations for places to visit and suggested bars and restaurants which were authentic and not expensive. I would stay again if I come back to Bologna.

There was a bit of a problem getting in, and it was a bit confusing to find the building. However, the host was always very friendly and willing to fix it. I let me do check in before the stipulated hour. Beautiful apartment, and excellent location Highly recommended!

Place was as clean as it is possible. Good for family with kids. Very good experience and highly recommend.
