Only about 6 minutes walk from the Rhine and the train station (Cologne/Koblenz). A tram station to Bonn, Siegburg and Bad Honnef and the pedestrian zone with a bakery, groceries and restaurants is about a 7-minute walk.

Beautiful SmartHome apartment in a very central location but yet quiet. Shops and restaurants are in walking distance. It takes about a five minutes walk to reach Godesberg city center. The apartment is full of light because of the large windows, with a beautiful view on the Siebengebirge. Modern interior including SmartHome devices. Attention: this is my private home, I have a significant interest to understand, who is coming and that my belongings are treated properly by visitors.

In the front area are the shower room and the living and working room with a large, extendable dining and desk, with an armchair, shelves and storage facilities and TV. Conveniently located: Regional train station Mehlem-Lannesdorf about 10 minutes' walk, bus stop to Godesberg or Bonn center about 250 m. The price includes the 6% accommodation tax required by the city of Bonn = tourist tax.

The apartment is located in the middle of the beautiful Gründerzeit area in Bonn. It is very quiet at the back. The apartment consists of 2 rooms. In the bedroom, there is a double bed (160 x 200), 1 sofa bed (140x200) in the living room. A 3rd room with 2 single beds can be rented as an option. When booking the entire apartment, 3rd room included, the price is €150/night, regardless of the number of people. The cleaning price increases to €70.

The 30 m2 mini-apartment is located on the top floor of our friendly shared house. It has a small private bathroom with shower and you can use the modern and larger shared bathroom one floor below if you like. In the apartment there is also a small kitchenette where you can prepare simple dishes. Otherwise, you can use the shared kitchen downstairs.
