A clear stream, the "Kleine Elz," flows directly by the house. The sandstone staircase leading to the stream can be locked to keep small children safe.

Public transport is available, but a car is an advantage. The bus station, grocery store, bakery and bank can be reached in two minutes on foot. We are child-friendly and non-smokers. You will share the garden with my ducks. There's room for all of you.
