Les deux gîtes à votre disposition, rénovés avec soin dans une ferme abbatiale du XVIIe siècle, peuvent accueillir jusqu’à 20 personnes. Profitez de la piscine, laissez-vous bercer par le chant des oiseaux, respirez l’air pur : c’est l’endroit rêvé pour se retrouver, se reposer, partager de bons repas, et simplement profiter.

Une grande terrasse en pierre ombragée vous permettra de profiter de ce cadre exceptionnel tout au long de votre séjour. Au départ du site, plusieurs sentiers de randonnées sont accessibles immédiatement. Le lac des Montagnes est à moins de 15 minutes en voiture.

This gorgeous two story gîte has been updated to a high standard throughout but still contains its rustic charm. Inside you'll find three double bedrooms tastefully decorated, two doubles on the first floor and one bedroom with 2 single beds on the ground floor, one bathroom, a downstairs shower room and good-sized living accommodation, including kitchen diner and separate lounge. Outside, this gîte comes equipped with its own terrace and barbecue area, ideal for outdoor dining.

The gîte has 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed and a double bed, 2 bathrooms with a bath, fully equipped kitchen, living room with dining table and outside private terrace. Breakfast and dinner is optional (table d'hôtes). The domaine has 18 hectors with farm animals and forest. There is a playground with swings, trampoline etc. The swimming pool is open from 11 June to 14 September.

La gargouille est un gîte insolite, rénové dans une ancienne petite cave viticole au beau milieu des Corbières à l'extrémité d'un vieux village de 30 habitants; en pleine nature sur 5000 m² de terrain exposé sud donnant sur la garrigue d'où partent de nombreux sentiers de randonnées. La bâtisse est composée d'une ancienne cave viticole et d'une ancienne bergerie habité par les propriétaires. Les deux parties sont complètement indépendantes.

Gite 10km from Carcassonne in the Montagne Noire

The gite adjoins our house and is situated in a green setting at the foot of the Montagne Noire, just outside a pretty Cathar village. In addition to a large landscaped garden, there is a secure parking space. This 35m2 gîte comprises a lounge, kitchen, shower room and bedroom. The flat has its own entrance leading onto a covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. The gîte stays cool in summer thanks to the vegetation.
