The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house. From the wrap-around balcony you have a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. The apartment has 3 double rooms - 1 of them with an additional Sofa bed - for max. 7 pers., 3 bathrooms as well as a spacious kitchen-living room. Please note: IN ADDITION TO THE RENT, there is €100 FINAL CLEANING and that the tourist tax of Euro 2.60 per adult. (children up to the age of 15 free) must be paid directly on site in cash. COST for pets €20,- per day!

The apartment is newly equipped and rustic elements such as the wood-burning stove from Uroma or the Tyrolean parlor ensure coziness and special vacation hours. The view of the mountains and fresh mountain air ensure immediate relaxation. The surroundings offer beautiful moments and all kinds of possibilities in both summer and winter. The central location is particularly appreciated (about 5 km from Wattens and the highway).

Experience mountain romance and stunning views in Brandberg. A true mountain village, and still surprisingly close to Mayrhofen and the cable cars! Brandberg is tucked away between gentle giants like the Brandberger Kolm and the Ahornspitze. Our south-facing village is located at the entrance to the Zillergrund valley. 1,092 hm above sea level. Brandberg is known as the "sunny village", as an opening between the mountains on the south let's it bathe in the sun.

In our studio you will find the perfect base for your outdoor adventure, only 3 minutes walk from the Finkenberger Almbahn! It is a larger bright room with a very good and newly furnished kitchenette, shower, toilet and large balcony where you can enjoy the sun and the view of the mountains in the afternoon. Wenn du hier übernachtest, bist du in wenigen Minuten in Mayrhofen Zentrum und beim Lift. Die Penkenbahn ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar - kein Auto und kein Skibus notwendig!
