Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Brazos River

Page was a lifesaver! We had a last-minute booking because of a hotel snafu, and Page as quick to confirm and communicate so we could get to the house and get settled. The house was clean, comfortable, and spacious for a big group and had everything we needed for a good night's rest.

I brought Mom and Dad out for a quick staycation. We all enjoyed how well the house was decorated. The board games provided were fun and when we wanted some down time, we could enjoy the sounds of the ocean just a few feet away. The fact this house is directly next to Blue Water Highway did not matter when we were enjoying the sounds of nature. The fenced in yard was a welcome treat for my working dog and the fire pit as well as outdoor games were a treat.

Patrick has been a great host. Place is pretty spacious and has everything you would need. Pretty clean and well meintained.

This was the perfect location and house for our vacation. Just 3 minutes from family, 15 minutes up to an hour for shopping and dining. So many options for food and fun. It was very peaceful and private at the house. We felt right at home and had everything we needed. We look forward to booking this house the next time we visit family!! Definitely recommend this one.

An amazing place to get away with your large family or friends, and definitely a must book of your hosting or attending a wedding in Valley View. Best property in the area, hands down!

This is the perfect spot for a family! Sherri & Nick have added thoughtful touches to their space that go a long way when you’re traveling with young kids. The location was close to everything and we would rebook!

This is the second visit I’ve made to stay in The Domain precinct and the apartment was perfect for my needs while attending a conference. The street plaza below has a great vibe weekends and evenings with restraints and events. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thanks for having me.

This hidden gem is perfect for a mini-getaway. It’s situated in a nice neighborhood just mins aways from downtown and the Pearl. We loved how its very secluded(what we wanted). We were able to relax for a minute in peace and quiet but then jump on the highway within minutes when needed. Joe was EVER so helpful and flexible with check-in! Ty Joe hope to stay again soon. ☺️

Nicks place was a very nice and clean space right off of the highway in New Braunfels. It was my boyfriend and I’s first time staying in that area as he usually grew up in the San Antonio area. So it was nice to venture out and explore a different city. We also loved that the place was 10 minutes away from Buc-ee’s which was a highlight, especially if you were looking for gas or snacks. Now the only little con would be that in the bedroom is a hallway light outside that can be bright at night throw the curtains but, with some black light curtains that would definitely help. Also a great breakfast place that we’d recommend is called Breakfast. Which is about 10 minutes away from the Airbnb. But, all in all I would definitely stay again especially to explore in the city more.

Felt right at home! The place was super comfy and had everything you needed. Worked great for me as a manual wheelchair user. Would definitely recommend and will be staying here again if I am ever back in Tyler.

Great place by Houston Community College was exactly what we needed.

This place is very comfortable and cozy! No issues with parking and is a Home away from home with dishes to use etc. There's a Great size TV to binge watch shows/movies after exploring the city! The Hosts are very responsive! 5 out of 5 stars for sure! 🙌

This is one of the nicest places we’ve stayed. The kitchen had all the things we needed for eating in. The bedrooms were quiet. The patio was divine. Great birds in the back and perfect for our stay. Great walkable neighborhood too. Highly recommend!

I stayed the weekend in Galveston at Mary's. I honestly could not be any happier with how it turned out. Extremely great communication and the place was pristine and private. The gate security guards added that much more feeling of comfort and security as well as them being helpful to find the place. The place itself was nice and cozy. Having easy access to the beach was just the cherry on top. If I ever find myself back in Galveston, I'll 100% look to come back here!

Very nice condo and amazing views. The parking and luggage carts were easy to find. The checkin/checkout receptionists were a little condescending and seemed to look down on the Airbnb guests (vs the owners). The condo itself was very beautiful and the amenities + beach view were fantastic. The whole family Loved this area.

Amazing place!! The pictures do not do it justice. Much larger than it appears in the photo. Cleanliness was second to none and the bed was very comfortable. I will definately look to stay here again when in the area!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The view of the beach was beautiful and the condo was peaceful. We appreciated the easy beach access, pool, and baby amenities within the unit. We would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay! We were on the beach with just a 1 minute walk across the street. We enjoyed the beach views from the balcony, and all of the beds were comfortable. This is our favorite place we have stayed, and we look forward to visiting again! Thanks for having us!
