Grab the keys and enter this reverse duplex without hesitation to experience unique moments of well-being in a neat setting. The semi-detached house is fully equipped on three levels, the cottage consists of an entrance, a toilet and two bedrooms on the ground floor, each with its own adjoining and private shower room. On the 1st floor, a living room, an equipped kitchen open to the dining area and overlooking a terrace as well as the Wellness area. "Le Piano" 3* gîte in a quiet area in the heart of Alsace

Enjoy with your family this spacious 118 m2 accommodation in a green setting that offers calm in the heart of an Alsatian village near Neuf-Brisach, a city fortified by Vauban and classified by UNESCO. We are close to Colmar, Christmas markets, the Alsace Wine Route, Germany and the famous "Europa-Park" amusement park. Our accommodation is adjoining our large yellow house. This cottage at 550 m altitude will delight nature lovers, you can come with your family. Just 8 minutes from Guebwiller, Murbach with its majestic Abbey and its charming Notre Dame de Lorette chapel is nestled in a green setting. There are many walks and for the more athletic there is no shortage of mountain bike trails. 30 minutes from Colmar and Mulhouse, 45 minutes from Basel or Fribourg, many varied tourist discoveries (wine route, castles, museums etc...)

Cozy, very quietly located vacation home. Comfortably furnished, with beautiful garden and a parking space right by the house. Centrally located between Freiburg and Colmar, it is an ideal base for excursions by bike or car to the most famous sights of the region.
