The small wood-burning stove in the rustic room with kitchenette generates cozy warmth, while a second stove in the bedroom ensures a feel-good atmosphere. From here you have access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the first rays of sun or the moonlight and starry sky. And if you are patient, you may be rewarded at dusk with a visit from deer, foxes or rabbits!

Welcome to ♡ Bavaria, in the small village of Berbling. The first floor apartment is part of a former farm and can accommodate 4-5 people. For nature and culture lovers, Berbling is in the perfect location. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a small bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a large living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and seating in front of a cozy fireplace. Pets are also welcome as long as the animals behave :-)

Our cosy, individually furnished accommodation is a residential unit on the upper floor with its own bathroom – shower/WC, a single kitchen and a small silent fridge (36 litres), which is only used by our guests. Opposite the small kitchen is the third sleeping option in a niche. Covered seating is available for you on the east side. The small, non-shedding Biewer Yorkshire Pino from the neighbouring house likes to visit us every day.
