Our extensive gardens are the perfect place to relax, or if you wish to venture further, there are plenty of walks from the front door. The charming wing includes a master bedroom on the first floor with adjoining pigeonnier for use as study or extra bedroom, while the ground floor comprises a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, open plan living/dining room and an exercise room.

Eiffel is spacious and light with high ceilings and large windows offering views of the surrounding countryside. It is well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday including a utility room with washer and dryer. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, wooden beams and looks out onto a green valley. The large living room has a corner sofa, smart TV and superfast broadband. There's a wood burning stove for cooler evenings and reversible air-conditioning. The perfect home from home!

The jewel in the crown at Le Petit Bois is our Maison d'ami. Converted from the old stone farmhouse, bread oven & piggery, great care has been taken in retaining old beams, cobbled floors & original features, which, combined with the modern facilities of a walk-in shower room, fully equipped kitchen, outside under cover dining, secluded private patio, use of the nearby luxury pool & a pellet burner for colder months, offers couples the ideal romantic Corrèzian retreat at any time of the year.

Old Water Mill

Old water mill, built in 1850. Many of the original features of the mill have been left & been used to create a place of charm & character. Situated on a twelve acre lake, within a listed & protected zone by Natura 2000. You can eat your breakfast on the terrace next to the lake, in a very beautiful & tranquil setting. The only noise here comes from the birds, wildlife & the sheep in the surrounding fields. Owner lives on site in adjacent farm house. Many local bars & excellent restaurants.

Nestled in the heart of the Limousin countryside, this house is in a protect site just a two-minute walk from the Site Corot, emblem of the town of Saint-Junien.
