Beautiful villa near the beach in the Roche, Conil (Cadiz) We rent all year round (for fortnights in July and August) and can accommodate up to 8 people. There is WiFi Internet and Netflix Plus, 2 smart TVs, one 70'' screen. The house, 150 m2 (200 including terraces) and 600 m2 of garden, is a typical Andalusian tile construction totally and perfectly equipped and decorated with style, for maximum comfort and enjoyment. It is only 50 meters from the beach. So close that you can go barefoot.

A private terrace features a small outdoor bathtub filled with water and a shaded seating area draped with white fabric. Surrounding views of the village are visible, showcasing a collection of whitewashed buildings under a clear blue sky. Wooden decking complements the relaxing atmosphere.

Very comfortable and cozy home with careful decor. The environment is ideal for walking, it is also very close to an equestrian center, the beach for surfing and several golf courses less than 5 minutes away.

It is ideal for spending a few days authentic resting. We are halfway from the village and the beach, about 3 km each, and very close to large supermarkets, restaurants, etc... Near the house there are walking paths and a large public pine forest with facilities for sports or picnics.

It is located on a plot shared with two other houses. Each of them has its own individual, fenced area with privacy. Only the access area is shared.
