Arranged over two floors, it comprises three double bedrooms, two king size and one twin bedroom, all of them with en-suite bathrooms with bathtub and Italian shower. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a living room with a fireplace and large windows. The elevated gardens dominate the complex and offer spectacular views over the village of Arcos de la Frontera. There is WiFi Internet and Netflix Plus, 2 smart TVs, one 70'' screen. The house, 150 m2 (200 including terraces) and 600 m2 of garden, is a typical Andalusian tile construction totally and perfectly equipped and decorated with style, for maximum comfort and enjoyment. It is only 50 meters from the beach. So close that you can go barefoot.

The house is situated in a pine forest area with large plots. It is a quiet area where only the birds are heard since the paths are dead-end and only the people we live here pass by. It is ideal for spending a few days authentic resting. We are halfway from the village and the beach, about 3 km each, and very close to large supermarkets, restaurants, etc... Near the house there are walking paths and a large public pine forest with facilities for sports or picnics.
