We were vacationing while working remotely. Wi-Fi was reliable, supermarket and bus stops were near. Alberto was very helpful.

Nicola’s place is GREAT! The flat is big, has 3 balconies, one of which is more like a cozy outside terrace. It has everything, it is free of clutter but at the same time feels like home. Nicola is a great host, super helpful and responsive. Location is good, especially if you need the private parking availability. Overall walkable to wherever you need to be, even with a stroller. Best kept secret? Probably the fastest internet in airbnb/hotel in Italy! Almost 1Gbps! Book it!

Nicola was a great host. Open communication, quick response, and was flexible with check in during our stay. The property was in very clean condition and had such amazing views. I don’t have a single complaint to make about our stay here.

My husband and I stayed for a week at Giovanni's house, a cozy home with everything you may need. The plus was getting to know the Host, a kind person who also helped us with great tips for a place to visit and restaurants to eat in. Thanks to the great location we visited the entire south of Sardinia, from Sant antioco to villasimius. The apartment is in a very nice villa complex, we stayed at Easter and we were able to fully appreciate the peace of this place, a 4-minute walk you can find a supermarket, shops, bars, tobacco, pizzeria. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, there's also a lovely bar for a nice beer by the sea. The apartment is equipped with air conditioners, a very nice terrace, two smart TVs, washing machine and everything you may need. We felt at home, thank you for enriching our trip. Lovely apartment, clean, spacious and a lovely balcony area with views of the mountains. Just off the main busy area but very quiet. Beach 15 min walk away. Would recommend

Anna was a terrific host, friendly, proactive and extremely welcoming, offering us wine and biscuits on arrival and helping us order a taxi to the airport on departure. The apartment is lovely, with a beautiful sunny terrace with fantastic views. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Having a washing machine was an added bonus. Everything was walkable, with lots of historic sights and great restaurants in easy reach. There are a lot of quite steep steps to the apartment, which might not suit everyone, but in return you get that lovely terrace and terrific views. We even saw flamingos flying overhead one evening, which was very special. Grazie, Anna!

We had a perfect vacation in Marco's house. Everything matched the descriptions and photos in the listing. The house is situated in a beautiful garden with outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen with Weber grill and separate laundry room. The kitchen is superbly equipped, the mattresses in the bed very comfortable! We were able to have all meals on the beautiful, quiet terrace. Very good starting point for excursions to the south of Sardinia! The beautiful beach can be reached within 1 minute and allows long walks on the beach. Marco is a very accommodating, helpful host who always responded within a few minutes. We will be happy to come back !!

We had wonderful days at this fantastic place. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, very clean and our personal highlight was the terrace with an incredible view of the sea that invites you to linger! The property is very quietly located on a mountain - a rental car is an advantage, but the beach can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. Communication with Mike went smoothly and quickly. He had answers to all our questions at lightning speed.

Paola's apartment is comfortable, well equipped and very nice, really nothing is missing! It is also located in a quiet area of the town. Paola welcomed us and gave us all the necessary directions for a good stay, and gave us availability for our every need. We had a good time and if possible we will be back!

We lived in Manuela's house with 9 people. There was enough space and we felt very comfortable. The pool was "gold" for the kids :) The view of the sea and the daily breakfast on the terrace cannot be paid with money, just a dream. We miss it....Since we came to Sardinia by car, we were able to visit many beautiful beaches and places. We also booked a boat with skipper, just ask at the port of Porto Corallo. He drove us to snorkel and swim at beautiful coves with crystal clear waters. That was an experience for all of us. Manuela's house is large and stocked with everything you could ever need, nothing was missing in the kitchen. It should be noted that there is no filter coffee machine, but a capsule machine. Manuela is really a perfect host, upon arrival there were drinks (water, sparkling wine, juice) and ice cubes in the fridge, a cake, snacks, noodles were ready. Thank you

Very good and tidy house! Can highly recommend!!

Great location in the very heart of the city near to the marina and to the old town. However proximity has its price: it's noisy even in the nights. One should well assess their priorities. The place is very spacious, comfort and interestingly designed, with high cieling that creats a sense of aristocratism. Everithing needed is available, incl. sun umbrella that saves money for renting such on the beach. Maurizio is a great host, very friendly and quickly answering and providing valuable insights.

The small house is perfectly located for relaxing beach holidays with the family. The cottage offers everything you need. The beach on the doorstep is very nice. The contact on site with Marcus was very pleasant. Marcus welcomed us personally and warmly and showed us everything. We had a wonderful time, a repeat cannot be excluded.

Our stay was wonderful! From check in to check out we were so pleased. Clean, incredible location (close to the train, bus stops, beautiful views of the city, marina etc. , and wonderful amenities! Gian Franco and his daughter greeted us and his lovely daughter exchanged numbers with us in case we needed any help in English. She also gave us great restaurant recommendations. The house is really very nice and the patio with the terrace opens to the sea giving an enchanting view for the show of the different colors of water at various times of the day and the magic of the sunset and the moon! The house both inside and outside, despite the signs of the passage of time, maintains a sought-after charm and an extremely welcoming atmosphere. Carlotta, whom we thank again, is a very helpful and affable host who has supported us before and during the holiday to the best of her possibilities. The beauty of the place helped to bear the absence of air conditioning and Carlotta's kindness made us overcome the inconvenience of the very uncomfortable access staircase for luggage and travel: Carlotta personally helped us with our suitcases at check-out and we asked her to highlight in the listing with description and photos the ramps of access stairs. Loved this location, check in easy peasy, restaurant beside the location was perfect. The apartment itself has EVERYTHING you’d need. stayed up late watching tv with partner, bathtub was perfect, bed area secluded and perfectly spaced, everything worked, check out 11 atm, everything perfect trust. we loved it

We spent a week in this apartment in October and enjoyed it very much. The apartment was very clean and had everything you need. It even had mosquito nets on the windows, so you could leave the windows open at night. The terrace had morning sun and if you were lucky you could see parrots in the trees. The supermarkets are within walking distance and the center of Villasimius can also be reached in 15 minutes on foot. In case of any problems, Allessandro was immediately on hand. We arrived at night by car and found the apartment very easily with the instructions. Everything was great, thank you Allessandro

A well-equipped and clean apartment with a beautiful view of the sea. A helpful, courteous, and kind host, thoroughly explained and showed everything, was in touch before and during the stay. The place is very quiet, relaxing; a great base for trips by car to numerous, diverse beaches nearby and to explore the south of the island. There is also a beach available on site, although not as attractive as many others next door (access from a few minutes to half an hour by car). The only downside was the mattresses on the double bed in the bedroom, but it didn't affect your stay. Thank you and kind regards!
