Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Cagliari

We stayed at Ignazio's place for a weekend. The house was very clean and as described. Very comfortable and quiet, equipped with everything! We didn't need to ask for anything. It feels like a family atmosphere. The area is perfect because you are in the middle of nature, but immediately at the entrance of the village. We were two adults and two children who had the space to play! We also brought our four-legged friends and we will never be grateful enough to Ignazio and his family for giving us the opportunity to all be together and enjoy our vacation, without having to leave our dogs at home. Very convenient check-in and check-out. We will definitely be back soon! Highly recommended.

We had a fabulous week in Sardinia, our accomadation made it a relaxing and comfortable week. The Villa is great, good ammenities, great pool and a to die for location ! Our host Marco was awesome, great communication, easy check in, and full of help and ideas to make it a special week !

We stayed 4 days at Stefano's house, although few of us immediately found ourselves at home, we really liked this lovely villa, in the middle of nature and surrounded by countless stars in the evening, surely if we were to return to Sardinia it will be our meeting point 😁

I stayed at Michele's place with friends for two weeks, and it was an absolute blast! Michele was incredibly responsive, always quick to reply and ready to help whenever we needed assistance. The house is fully equipped with everything you need to relax and cook, including heaters to keep you warm during winter. The vibe of the house is fantastic, and the view is truly one of the most breathtaking I’ve ever experienced. I highly recommend this place! A small note for those visiting during New Year’s Eve: the city is very quiet, with most(During my stay, everything) restaurants and markets closed, which makes it perfect for disconnecting and unwinding. Just make sure to plan ahead for supplies. There are small cities close by(20-30min by car) with restaurants and markets during this period.

We only had a few days there, so we had to choose really well among all the nice options in the region that Simone suggested. Of course, we visited the Nora archaeological site at Pula (recommended), but also spent enough time to recover and read on the patio and eat on the atmospheric deck. The double bed is comfortable, the kitchen equipment complete (nice large fridge with freezer). The roof terrace with sea views turned out great for the aperitif. (We didn't get to the shower and bathtub outside and hot tub anymore.) Simone was also on vacation himself, but he always responded quickly, warmly and enthusiastically if we had any questions. Convenient: in the garden you can recharge the car on solar power!

The apartment was great. Costa Rei out of season (end of October) it is a special atmosphere: many restaurants and shops are closed. The place is almost deserted. Ideal for relaxing in a seaside resort empty of its tourists!

Marcello's house has allowed us to spend a relaxing vacation and enjoy the beauty of nearby beaches both on foot and by car. The house is functional, clean and the double amenities are very convenient for families. Within walking distance are restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy, etc. Marcello's tips were a great help.

The stay was very pleasant. The view from the terrace is priceless. Tidy and cleanliness were excellent and the host was always kind and helpful. Definitely an experience to repeat.

We had a very nice stay in Nicola's apartment. The apartment is large, bright and modernly furnished and is within walking distance of beaches and bus connections to the city. Communication with Nicola was very good and uncomplicated. We even got some recommendations for activities in the area. Nicola was also very flexible and accommodated us with the check-out time. We would definitely recommend it. Tip: Pack plenty of mosquito spray in August.

Excellent apartment! Everything you need for a long stay. Fully equipped kitchen. Magnificent upper terrace with grill. Moreover, the apartment has another one, on the ground floor. You can eat or just have a great time on any of them. Stefano's hospitality is at the highest level. He prepared charcoal for the grill, as well as other pleasant surprises, which we are very grateful to him. He also provided recommendations for restaurants, as well as attractions, and if any questions arise, he is always in touch. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. We went to the sea by car, but if you prefer walking, there is a pedestrian path directly to the beach. 10/10

Beautiful Place, very modern and elegant, located in a calm environment. Hosts are always there when you need something. Highly recommended, we'd love to come again!

Fulvia and Danilo welcomed us like family. The apartment is small but complete with everything and with spaces designed to the millimeter just to be functional. The real gem of the house, however, is the outdoor space with a beautiful garden at our disposal. The area is tactical as it is logistically close to the main beaches of the southeast area of Sardinia to the farthest part of Costa Rei, which with the new variant can be reached in about 40 minutes. Finally, the proximity to Cagliari is not to be underestimated, both for the myriad of services that a city offers in case of need, and to vary the holiday a little without having to go to the beach.

Comfortable apartment on first floor, exactly as described, in a quiet residential area, approximately 1 km from the nearest beach, and 1 km to Villasimius, the nearest town. The wrap around balcony on 3 sides is what makes it and we spent most of our time at the apartment outside. Enrico from Andhaus was very helpful, coping with our later than expected arrival, and also lending us his beach umbrella. The nearest beach is Simius beach, and we went there quite often. We also drove along the coast roads a few times exploring. The views of the mountains and beaches are wonderful. We hired a car from Cagliari airport, which is approximately 1 and a half hours away. Roads in towns and residential areas are quite narrow, so a smaller car is probably a good idea.

We had a very nice time in Carla and Nazario's apartment. Carla and Nazario would always be extremely friendly and helpful and liked to give tips for excursions or restaurants. The apartment itself is modernly furnished, with a very welcoming ambiance. We felt right at home. The kilometer-long beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes (if you have found the optimal path). In summary, I highly recommend the apartment on Costa Rei. It is the perfect retreat for anyone who wants to enjoy the sun, sea and Italian joie de vivre.

Our family had such a wonderful trip to Sardinia. A beautiful place and such nice people. Lara’s home was everything as described - all amenities needed for a comfortable stay, nice outdoor space, clean, great location (walk to Poetto beach and some really good restaurants). Grocery market 5 min walk. Her home is an easy 15 min ride to Cagliari center (we used the Uber app and chose either a taxi or Uber driver). We also used a travel guide often that she suggested for airport and other activity transportation, along with a guided tour (Guglielmo Carleo). He was great, highly recommend. We also took a cooking class from her brother which was interesting and a lot of fun. Argiolas Winery, San Benedetto Market are must visits and Caffe Lubarium Noatrum for sunsets (just to name a few). Lara was so helpful and very kind in answering my many questions. If we ever have a chance to visit again, we would stay at Lara’s place.

The stay in Paolo's apartment was wonderful: everything tastefully decorated and very clean, at the same time quiet and with amazing views. Unfortunately, we only stayed here for four days; we would have liked to have stayed longer. Paolo himself was very accessible at all times, humorous and helpful; a very pleasant host. We hope to come back.
