Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Cagliari

We loved our stay here! Would definitely book again next time we’re back in Cagliari. The place was central, very clean, with a beautiful terrace. Thanks to the host for being so responsive and accommodating!

Ksenia was great at communicating with us - the local recommendations were a great source of information for things to do and places to visit. Everything we needed was in the flat or in the cupboards (toilet roll, cleaning items, food seasoning, etc…) saving purchasing lots of things only to use them for the week of our stay. The studio flat is very well done out and there was good space for two people for the week. Ksenia made us feel right at home and check in and check out was a breeze, even with our flight arriving late at night. There is free parking within 2 minutes from the apartment so that was very useful for our car. Thank you Ksenia and Vanda for having us at your flat!

From Massimo’s apartment on the Piazza Carmine it’s only a short walk up to the city’s walled quarter with its museums and breathtaking city view, an easy walk in any direction to your choice of bars, cafes and restaurants, or a long but pleasant walk to see the flamingos in the lagoon. You can sit outdoors on the balcony and take it all in or close the shutters and enjoy the quiet and comfort of Massimo’s well-equipped spacious apartment. The elevator in the beautifully restored building is a definite plus during arrival and departure with suitcases. The nearby train station, bus stops, and taxi stand make getting around easy. Massimo was very helpful during check-in and check-out and always quick to respond to any messages. A perfect spot for our week in Cagliari!

Staying at the apartment was really special! It looks even nicer than in the photos and is super well maintained. You can walk to pretty much everything you want to see in Cagliari. Restaurants and shopping street are also within walking distance. The beach can be reached within 10 minutes by car. Communication was super nice and flexible. Only the smell within the living room takes some getting used to - maybe a little too much room scent. The parking situation is a bit difficult on site, but you can always find something with patience. :)

Daniele and his wife Serena were great hosts : welcoming and helpful, they made us feel like we were at home. They gave us several useful directions to both Cagliari's restaurants and the most beautiful places to visit. We could not really report anything negative but just thank Daniele and Serena for allowing us such a pleasant stay. We hope to come back. Maria and Roberto

Nice, clean and safe!

I was greeted when I arrived and my heavy case was taken up the stairs for me. I stayed for 2 weeks. Beautiful accommodation, extremely clean and gorgeously appointed. Very comfortable. It’s very well positioned in the centre and only 10 minutes from my language school. It’s close to great bars and restaurants but very quiet. Highly recommend! And I need to mention that I am very fussy! Brilliant!

We had a wholesome start of our vacations. The stay at Elias AirBnb was top notch. We especially enjoyed the playful dogs and cats. Elisa was always supportive and great communication. We can recommend it to pet lovers and families.

Erika's place is cute and in full Cagliari style. A real treat for a weekend in the city. Comfortable, functional, practical and in the center. Erika is an attentive and very kind host. 110% recommended!

We stayed at Federico's house for four weeks, from mid-October until mid-November. We felt very comfortable in the lovingly furnished house from the beginning. We enjoyed the beautiful garden every morning for an extensive breakfast. In particular, we would like to mention Federico's generosity and trust with us. Upon our arrival, he greeted us, showed us the house and the garden, handed us a great gift basket of Sardinian specialties and explained the important functions in the house. We've been to many Airbnb homes and apartments, but we've never found so many private art objects and pictures. It was very generous that we were allowed to charge our electric car for free on the wallbox in the garden with the solar power produced on site. Federico was always immediately available and solved any small issues immediately or explained what to do. We highly recommend Federico's house.

Maurizio's place is a great flat to stay with the peaceful view of the Molentargius and the East area of Cagliari. It can be noisy if you are not used to live in a big building with cars passing by the road (EG. if you come from the countryside), but not extremely noisy. Very well served area with many shops, a shopping centre 15min walking with small and mega stores, and leasure venues. Most of the bus lines cross the neighbourhood. Poetto beach and promenade 18min by bus, or 40min on foot. Maurizio is a nice helpful humble person, ready to accommodate any reasonable need you may have. We really enjoyed our stay there. Highly recommended!

marvellous apartment in distinctive, authentic building, equipped with all modern conveniences. Suitable for anyone wanting a central location in Cagliari city, close to all amenities, Cathedrals, museums, shops and coastal / historical walks. At weekends it will be busy, bustling from early evening into the early morning so not for light sleepers. Proactive communication with friendly and helpful hosts, before and during stay.

Valentina's apartment is lovely and spacious, just as pictured. Decent amenities as advertised, plenty of parking, quiet area with a supermarket in walking distance as well as the beach not too far. The center is just a short 10 minute drive. Bed was comfortable, smart TV, A/C for the warmer days, and a machine dryer were a nice bonus. Valentina kindly provided some nice recommendations of things to do when we had a couple of rainy days, which was helpful! Overall, we recommend this apartment when staying in Cagliari!

The house was perfect, super clean and with all the necessary appliances. Thoughtfully styled and modern decor. There was also a dishwasher and a washer-dryer. Perfect location in the center and very friendly host and available for any questions. I'll definitely be back. Definitely recommended.

Joe was so helpful and chatted with us for over an hour and gave us tons of local tips as well as did research for us to have the best experience possible. The parking pass was super helpful and a short walk away from the apartment. The apartment had everything we needed, including a really useful washer and dryer. The hosts were very responsive and fast to communicate when we had some questions. Great communication. The apartment is near restaurants, a grocery store, shopping outlets and a pharmacy. Very well located. Hosts recommend Deliveroo app for takeout food, and we had some awesome meals at the apartment when we were too tired to go out. Excellent location, excellent apartment, excellent host. Highly recommend you book here.
