PLEASE NOTE: The home is situated on Clifton Steps which is a flight of steps from the road - either up to Kloof Road or down to Victoria Road (Victoria Rd accesses the beach.) No private parking. You will have to climb steps. As a designated SUPERHOST I am here to help as needed. I give my guests the privacy they require but am available via WatsApp or text message. If you need me, I am just a message or phone call away! The home is in Clifton, an exclusive residential suburb of Cape Town that showcases 4 immaculate beaches. The V&A Waterfront is a great day out for shopping, visiting the Two Oceans Aquarium, and taking Robben Island boat trips. If you are getting around - there is a very reliable bus transport system called MyCiTi. It’s safe & reliable. Also open-top Sightseeing buses are a great way to see the City and surrounds. But mostly visitors and locals use Uber - its quick, fast & cheap. The 2nd & 3rd Bedrooms don't have TV's. PLEASE NOTE: The home is situated on Clifton Steps street which is a flight of steps from the road, up or down, to the home depending on which way you arrive from. So you will have to climb steps. There is no private parking.

The apartment is ideal for couples, solo-, or business travelers. It is located on the top (2nd floor) of the building - which allows terrific views of the seafront. Although the area is safe for pedestrians at day and night, the apartment is also very secure. The door has a security gate and the window is fitted with lockable security shutters. The building is located in Mouille Point, an affluent and safe suburb located between the V&A Waterfront and Sea Point. The area is a seaside treasure, conveniently situated within walking distance of many major attractions and popular restaurants. Given its central location, highways and major routes in and around the city are within easy access. Cape Town’s International Airport can be reached in 25 minutes. If you do not have a car: coffee shops, restaurants, Green Point Urban Park, golf course, Mouille Point’s beachfront and promenade as well as the V&A Waterfront are all within walking distance. Taxis and Uber readily service the area. Connect to the surrounding areas on the Atlantic Seaboard or central Cape Town via the convenient MyCiTi Bus public service, the Three Anchor Bay bus stop is 200 m from the apartment complex. This service also provides access the pristine beaches of Camps Bay, Clifton and Hout Bay. The red hop on hop off City Sightseeing tour bus stops at the Green Point light house on the Sea Point promenade 200 m from apartment. No pets, smoking, parties or events. Please be considerate of your neighbours - keep noise level minimum between 22:00 - 07:00.

The setting is really special, as the view over the infinity pool, of the ocean is framed by greenery. There is indoor/outdoor living for summer and a fire-place for the chill of winter nights. Off street parking is provided We are here is assist with any queries, plans for the day, restaurant reservations etc. The home is located in a quiet neighbourhood close to beaches, Boulder's penguins, Cape Point, Table Mountain, V&A Waterfront, shopping, wine routes, award-winning restaurants, and quaint harbours. Most guests hire a car - but recently more and more are using Uber taxi We are registered with the local paramedics organization who can assist swiftly in any medical emergency.

I am an artist, so my studio (opposite to apartment entry) will be locked as I will use it as a storeroom. Located just a few kilometers west of Cape Town CBD, Fresnaye is one of the city's most affluent neighborhoods. The loft is just a short stroll from high-end Sea Point eateries. Head to Saunders’ Rock Tidal Pool on hot days for a refreshing dip. Unfortunately we only have street parking, but we are 100m from the MyCiti bus stop and we have found that most guests find using Uber, most convenient. If you prefer a personalized tour guide or shuttle service, we can organize that as well. Please note there will be extra outdoor furniture added to deck before your stay.
