Tinyhouse am Berliner Stadtrand

A mix of construction trailer and tiny house, huge garden, in the middle of the village... 100 m to the lake...and in no time in Berlin. I build everything here myself...so everything made with love...but every now and then a little crooked :) I usually live in the tiny house myself, are guests, I am in the circus wagon in the garden or on the road... The place is perfect for dog owners, lake and forest are in front of the door...on city trips I can offer professional dog care...(had a dog board before).

Fantastic houseboat in the middle of Berlin

Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Construction trailer directly on the Havel

Our lovingly converted construction trailer is located directly on the Havel near Rathenow. As a family, we are expanding a historic three-sided farm into a regional farm, soon with vacation rentals, farm shop, farm café, event location and co-working space. On the site of a former brick factory, the “Albertinenhof” is to be a place for recreation, nature experience and education. Get to know the project during your stay or simply enjoy the nature and star park.

Absolut abgelegen liegt dieses Tiny House auf einem 2,5 Hektar großen Waldgrundstück (neben zwei weiteren Ferienhäusern) in der Natur des Spreewaldes. Das Ferienhaus wird jetzt das erste Mal vermietet nachdem es umfangreich erneuert wurde. Du findest eine gut ausgestattete Küche, drei Doppelbetten, eine Klimaanlage und einen Kamin vor. In den umliegenden Wäldern kannst du wandern, du kannst im nahegelegenen See baden, angeln oder Kanu fahren.

On the grounds there is a natural playground and a sunny terrace that invites you to barbecue and linger. The nearby swimming area at Lake Teupitz is approx. 200 meters away. The vacation apartment is located in a house newly built in 2017 with separate access to the 1st floor. It is a contactless stay with check-in via key box possible. We are happy to welcome our guests ourselves. The property is only suitable for 2 people and not suitable for children. Deviations from the set minimum stay can be agreed via a request. The property is not accessible.
