All Einfach Plus Minilofts have large windows which make the space look really open. Perfekt geeignet für 2-4 Personen, wird euch in der frisch renovierten und neu ausgestatteten 2-Zimmer Wohnung nichts fehlen. Direkt vor der Haustür befinden sich zahlreiche Lokalitäten. Stadtzentrum und Stadtpark sind in nur wenigen Minuten Fußweg erreichbar. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen.

Our very large typical berlin style apartments are suitable for up to 8 people in 3 separate rooms. Our apartments are particularly suitable for families and groups of friends. Nice evenings together at the large kitchen table are guaranteed. In the living room there is a balcony from which you can see the Schoenhauser Allee. The apartments are in the front part of the building on floor 2-4. (without elevator).
