It has its own entrance, kitchen, dining and living room space with original stone Charantais fireplace and a bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The large windows take advantage of the stunning countryside views and spectacular sunrises. If you are a fan of wildlife you will not be disappointed with regular visitors of deer, red squirrels, migrating cranes and a favourite of ours, the hoopoe.

This lovely property overlooks the courtyard and has its own garden with shady dining/bbq area. The property comprises: Kitchen/dining room with gas cooker, microwave, fridge etc. lounge area with flat screen TV. The spacious bedroom can be set up with a small bed/cot in addition to the king size bed, or set up with 2 single beds. There is a modern shower room with wc, shower and washbasin. Bed linen is provided. Guests are asked to provide there own towels.

La Maison Benaise, our bicentennial farm, welcomes guests who are mainly looking for tranquility and nature (Natura 2000 site). Guests can enjoy beautiful walks in the hilly Charente landscape. Sports enthusiasts can practice mountain biking, canoeing, swimming in the river or lakes around us or simply relax with a book and a drink on the sunny terrace. For children, our four Shetland ponies are ready for a little hug.
