Located in the South Charente region, Chez Gabard invites you to stay in a charming cottage for 4 people with a swimming pool and surrounded by a large, carefully maintained park. Nestled within a historic mansion, this peaceful retreat offers an ideal setting for a rural family escape and relaxation. The cottage has two bedrooms, a living room with equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a private garden. You'll also have access to outdoor spaces: swimming pool, jacuzzi, and park.

Gîte de Laplagnotte

House in the heart of the vineyards, 2.5 km from the village of Saint-Emilion. Quiet environment. Three bedrooms including two modular (2 x 90 or 1 x 180). A couple with four children or three couples maximum can be accommodated. Sheets, beds and bath towels provided. Separate bathroom and toilets. Separate and fully equipped kitchen. Petanque and molkki area, garden table and chairs. BBQ. The gîte (110 m2) is an old winegrower's house completely renovated in 2018.

Les Frênes - Malvy Island

Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Many activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, foosball, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... The island is also home to a forest garden, making it a true oasis for biodiversity!

Cabane du Silon

Cabin built mainly with salvage materials on the small island of our pond. Comfortable accommodation for short or long stays. Ideal place to recharge your batteries, work on a project, play board games, go fishing or take a walk in nature (park, forest, vineyard). Breakfast and massages available. Located 15 minutes from the beaches, a wooded area of more than 2 hectares where alpacas, donkeys, ornamental chickens, goats and sheep are raised.
