You will be independent, in a perfectly equipped house: kitchen with fridge and freezer, dishwasher, traditional ovens and microwave, 2 double bedrooms, terrace with barbecue in a closed and private garden. Ideal for disconnecting in the countryside, while being in the heart of the village. If needed, I live nearby in the village. Free parking at 20 meters. Hiking trail, bike flow, swimming areas nearby and taverns... In summer, our village has everything a paradise needs! A real cocoon, the wood stove and sauna give the place a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The bedding is new and very comfortable.

F1 completely renovated in December 2017, next to the house , composed of a bedroom, a bathroom ( shower, sink), a toilet, a common area with BZ sofa, kitchen and dining area, fridge, stove... large grounds, swimming pool... near the Charente, hiking, 11th century Romanesque church... For the summer season ( July August) our rental is not suitable for long holiday stays, which is why we will not follow up on requests greater than 4 nights.
