Le jardin agrémenté de plusieurs poules en libertées est paisible et aspire au repos ainsi qu' à la détente. pour un lâcher prise maximal,je propose des massages d'aspiration du monde. Le logement est à 1km de la Charente et 5km des commerces et d'une plage amenagee (chateauneuf)

Vous apprécierez son emplacement privilégié avec toutes les commodités à portée de main. Arrivée autonome possible grâce a une boîte à clefs sécurisée. Gare, piscine municipale et base de loisirs avec petite plage et jeux pour enfants à 600 m à pieds. Découvrez la flow vélo au bord de Charente.

F1 entièrement rénové en décembre 2017, à côté de la maison , composé d'une chambre, d' une salle de bains ( douche, lavabo), d'un wc, d'un espace commun avec canapé BZ, coin cuisine et repas, frigo, plaque... grand terrain, piscine... près de la Charente, randonnée, église romane du 11ème.. Pour la saison estivale ( juillet août) notre location n'est pas adaptée aux longs séjours de vacances, c'est pourquoi nous ne donnerons pas suite aux demandes supérieures à 4 nuitées.

The annex is adjacent to the main house, yet independent. On the 1st floor, it comprises two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), a small lounge area, and on the ground floor, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a shower room. You'll particularly appreciate the surrounding greenery and outdoor space, allowing you to enjoy the peace and quiet of our shared garden, under the trees or on the terrace. Closed garage for bikes

We welcome you to our cottage "au son de l'eau", a true haven of peace located at the end of a dead end on the banks of the Charente. Its location makes it a quiet place, ideal for unwinding. This property is divided into 3 independent houses. It is established on a plot of 4000m2. Located on the 'Flow Vélo', you can cycle there on a secure axis. This cycle route connects the Charente maritime estuary to Sarlat La Caneda in the Dordogne over 400km.

Maison rénovée de 48 m2 totalement indépendante. Agréable à vivre, tout y est pour se sentir chez soi. ne vous embarrassez pas... linges de lit et serviettes tout est prevue. La mezzanine est mensardee. Elle comporte de belles poutres. Nous avons mis un detecteur mais il faudra faire attention a votre tete. Une cour privative pour nos belles journées ensoleillées Le stationnement de votre véhicule se fait dans une cour privative

Air Conditionned , quiet, Greenery & kindness.

A private house attached to a property inhabited by the owners. The access to the house is located in a large orchard without opposite or close neighbor and near the swimming pool, fruit trees and vegetables. We hear the silence and the birds A garden furniture and a barbecue are available. The 'city' is 15/20 minutes on foot. The car can be parked at the foot of the entrance. PS the large garden is closed (fencing)
