Die Wohnung befindet sich im EG und kann ohne Treppensteigen erreicht werden. Die Wohnung liegt sehr nahe (2 Autominuten) an der Autobahn A4. Das große Einkaufszentrum Chemnitz Center ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Die Haltestelle der Buslinie 21 ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt, mit der Sie das Stadtzentrum und den Hauptbahnhof erreichen können.

Welcome to my cozy apartment, with lots of heart & charm! I have lived in this apartment for many years & rent it when I'm away. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher & washing machine, a bathroom with bathtub and a quiet balcony to the courtyard. Private parking is included. In 10 minutes you are on foot at the main train station, in 15 minutes in the city center, with the castle pond and forests nearby – ideal to explore the cultural capital 2025!

From the central train station it is a 20-minute walk or by bus (line 21) directly 100 m from my front door. The apartment is small but nicely furnished and is located on the Sonnenberg of Chemnitz. Nearby is a large shopping mall (SachsenAllee), as well as some shops. The main train station is about a 10-minute walk. A bus stop is about 2 minutes' walking distance. In front of the house is a small park with playground. Free parking, if available, is possible in front of the house. Small bars and pubs provide entertainment. Downtown is about 20 minutes' walk.

Our beautiful apartment is located in the Chemnitz - Reichenhain district. It offers a modern fully equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom, a daylight bathroom with bathtub/shower. The living room is equipped with a cozy couch, TV chair, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and stereo. The couch can be used as a full bed for 1-2 people. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed, a single bed and a large wardrobe.

Newly renovated and stylishly furnished 3-room apartment on the rear Kassberg in a quiet side street, not far from the city center and quickly accessible from the Rottluff highway exit. Free parking is available in the surrounding area. The cozy bedroom for 2 people is very comfortable, as is the fold-out sofa bed in the living room. In the next room there is a single bed for a fifth person next to a workplace.
