Zum Unterstellen von EBikes o.ä.steht nach Absprache die Garage zur Verfügung.

Comfortable apartment on the first floor of a detached house. Quiet and centrally located in the immediate vicinity of the center (15 min. walk). Lots of shopping in the immediate vicinity. Very good transport connections. The A4 and A72 highways (Chemnitz junction) are 7 minutes away. 15 minutes to the main station by public transport. The apartment is comfortably equipped. Kitchen with dining table for 4 people. Covered BBQ area in the garden as well as fireplace. Free on-street parking.

The vacation home is a semi-detached house and has a double bedroom and two single bedrooms, so it can accommodate up to four people. It is located in a quiet residential area, directly next to a small forest. In addition, it offers convenient transport connections to the A72 and A4 highways, which can be reached in 5 minutes.
