The street is currently being completely renovated! Because of the construction site, it can be very noisy during the day in the bathroom, which is facing the street!

You have the entire apartment to yourself: living room with super large sunny ROOF TERRACE, bathroom with tub, bedroom with 140 bed and kitchen. It's all there you need (and maybe a bit more... ;-))
