Die Wohnung befindet sich im EG und kann ohne Treppensteigen erreicht werden. Die Wohnung liegt sehr nahe (2 Autominuten) an der Autobahn A4. Das große Einkaufszentrum Chemnitz Center ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Die Haltestelle der Buslinie 21 ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt, mit der Sie das Stadtzentrum und den Hauptbahnhof erreichen können.

Our modern 65sqm apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a bedroom with a queen-size bed (spring mattress), a living room with a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washer-dryer. There is also a free parking space, a lockable bicycle container and a workspace. The main train station is only 5 minutes away, the shopping center with all amenities is only 10 minutes away on foot. Perfect starting point to discover the Capital of Culture 2025.
