You will stay in a cozy apartment (about 45 m²) on the third floor with balcony and free parking in the courtyard. Space for up to four guests (1.40 m double bed in sleeping niche and 1.40 m sofa bed in living room). Incl. Wi-Fi. Everything is furnished with a lot of love and a sense of detail - feel at home. Whether a short trip or a longer stay, everything is there.

The rolls for breakfast can be obtained directly from the baker across the street. Chemnitz - European Capital of Culture 2025 is easily accessible!

Our apartment is located in the beautiful Ore Mountains, in the middle of the UNESCO World Heritage Site. Suitable for couples, solo travelers, families with up to 3 children or even business travelers. Breakfast is available on request for an additional fee. Fantastic views from your rooms. In the garden nice seating/smoking area, partly covered. Playground, bakery, butcher and supermarkets close by. Gladly with a dog. Parking? Of course on our property.

The apartment is on the second floor of a more than 300-year-old half-timbered house in traditional clay construction. The listed house has been professionally completely renovated and comfortably furnished with a lot of love for detail. The ecological construction ensures a very healthy indoor climate. In the garden there is also a rustic, wood-heated Finnish log cabin sauna, which we will gladly heat up for you for an extra charge of €15.
