A detached house in it's own grounds with no shared amenities. It is located in a small hamlet close to Chinon in the Val de la Loire. Shops, chateaux and beautiful villages are a short drive away. In the house there is a small sitting room, kitchen/dining room, two bedrooms, one with an en suite toilet and basin. Bathroom has a toilet, shower, bath and basin. Undercover area set for eating alfresco and relaxing where you will also find a ground floor toilet and shower. Parking. Large garden.

Au coeur des châteaux de la Loire, à 5 min de la forteresse de chinon, proche de saumur, azay le rideau, de l'abbaye de Fontevraud, profitez aussi de ballades sur le circuit de la Loire à vélo, et de dégustations de vins ...
