This cottage is set in back of another dog friendly rental (Swordfish Suite on 8th Street) Fully fenced with a Firepit chat table and gorgeous trees. The property has a great front porch for sipping coffee and side table by a grill to eat outdoors. Parking is right next to the cottage! Its a quick walk or bike ride to Downtown main street, city park and city beach.

The Wren House is within walking distance of local lakeside attractions such as PM Park; the Tiki Bar; and the Ritz beach, shelter house and boat ramp (lake access that's much less crowded than city and state beach). Its only a 3 minute drive to Clear Lake State Park's trails, beach and picnic areas and less than 10 minutes to get downtown to spend time at the seawall, city beach, restaurants, bars and shopping. The cottage is quaint but very comfortable and stocked with all the trip essentials

A large upper loft makes this a great option for families with kids or a peaceful adult retreat. Pets are family... so we are pet friendly, but do add a $25 dollar pet fee (per pet) for the duration of your stay.

Two bedroom cabin located across the street from the Lake along the South Shore. There is a view of the lake from the deck and inside. A public dock is located across from the cabin. All towels and bedding are provided. Outdoor deck furniture and gas grill. One bedroom has a queen and the second has a bunk bed with a twin over full, also had a twin bed with pull out trundle in this room. There is a sleeping loft with two twin mattreses also. Cabin was completely renovated in 2016.

This cute, little, newly remodeled cottage is ideal for up to 4 people that want to come, relax and enjoy the Lake! Experience what makes Clear Lake a destination!. It's peaceful because it's not right in the middle of all the activity, yet close enough to walk. 2 block walk to the beautiful Central Gardens, another 7 min. walk to the downtown for shopping, great coffee, food and special desserts, and then 3 min. walk will get you to the lake and beach! No cleaning fees!

Lake Front Retreat

This fully furnished lake front cabin is located on South Shore in Clear Lake! It was updated (2017 & 2020) with gorgeous views of the lake. The cabin includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with sleeping arrangements for 10 people. This is the perfect retreat to enjoy the lake in the summer or a snowmobiling/ice fishing getaway in the winter. The property has 50 ft of shoreline with a dock for swimming and outdoor fire pit. The two story Schoolhouse was built in 1870. It has been completely remodeled into a relaxing quiet getaway just two blocks from Main Street and three blocks from the Lake. A new fully furnished kitchen and three baths. Bedroom suite and another family area bedroom with bunk beds and other optional beds. Can sleep up to 8. The schoolhouse is close to downtown and just a short walk to the Lake.
