Trotz der zentralen Lage (Bus in die Innenstadt und Bahn nach Ehrenfeld nur eine Minute entfernt) ist es im Apartment ruhig, da es sich in einem Hinterhaus befindet. Das Apartment - früher Teil einer Schreinerei die zur Wohnung saniert wurde - besticht durch seinen Altbau-Charme, in Kombination mit einer stylischen, hochwertigen Einrichtung.

The room can be used independently from the rest of the house. It has a double bed (1.40) and a private bathroom with a shower In the passage to the bathroom you can prepare food. The induction hotplate can be set up as needed. Basic equipment is available. We live 6 km away from Cologne/Bonn Airport, which is 9 minutes by car. You don't have to worry about towels and bed linen. Important! We also live in this house. You will hear living noises.

Our top modern city apartment is located on Merowinger Str., directly on Clodwigplatz in the Cologne city center (Südstadt). The apartment for sole use is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, families (with children), and groups of up to 4 people. The apartment has a living area of 45 m² and was completely rebuilt in November 2016. Through an access control with a number code, a problem-free check-in is possible!
