Our 55 m² basement apartment is located in the annex of an old building in Bad Honnef-Rhöndorf, right at the foot of the Drachenfels and only a few meters from the Rhine. When you leave the apartment, you can see the vineyards on the slopes of the Siebengebirge. The location offers a very pleasant living and quality of life. Here you will feel comfortable and come to rest, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. You will stay in a bright, quiet studio with sleeping loft, open kitchen and bathroom, in the middle of an idyllic horse farm. Gemütliche Wohnung, mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche! Das Wohnzimmer hat eine Essecke , Fernseher und Stereoanlage. 3 gemütliche Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Betten sind vorhanden. Längerer Aufenthalt möglich :) Preis hierfür auf Anfrage. Ebenso auf Anfrage kann man an manchen Tagen eher einchecken. E-Bikes und Fahrräder können auf der zur Wohnung gehörenden Terrasse abgestellt werden. Die Terrasse ist nur für die Gäste der Ferienwohnung abschließbar zugängig und stehen daher vor Diebstahl sicher!

Cozy break in an airy, bright gable apartment

The minimalist design makes the apartment a place of rest. Forest and meadow border the small mountain village and give the feeling of being surrounded by nature. Our nearby “Windbusch” - the local “mountain” - offers one of the distant views for which our area is so much appreciated. From up here you can't see Cologne Cathedral, but at least the Siebengebirge. The proximity to Cologne makes our village particularly attractive, as the city is only 30 km away.

The apartment basically presents itself as an independent small house. On the ground floor is the spacious living / dining kitchen with attached living room.
