Bright detached apartment in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine, quietly located in the countryside. Accessible through the garden (shared use possible). We are a family of 5 with a playful dog and 2 cats and are happy to give tips for a nice holiday. We are hosts with body and soul. The city center (cathedral...) is easily accessible by public transport and by bike (can be provided). Shops serving everyday needs can be found within walking distance. Also Thai massage, beauty salon, restaurants, cafes, ...

Here you have your own little house with space for up to 4 people. The guest house is located in Cologne-Mülheim, on the right bank of the Rhine, the multi-cultural metropolis of "Schäl Sick". Located close to the Rhine, you can get to the city quickly thanks to the good transport links. The entire guest house was renovated and refurbished in spring 2021 and offers comfort and cosiness. INFO: According to the Corona Protection Ordinance, no rentals for tourist purposes are currently permitted.

Enjoy the countryside with Dyck Castle at walking distance. There are several bike roads and walking paths, and the highway (A46) is only few minutes drive away. Two bakeries and a fruit shop are within 2 km. The barn has been fully renovated while keeping the 4 original brick walls. It is equipped with floor heating and offers a loft style space. The access is from the shared courtyard and in the back you can enjoy the garden. The covered gate area is ideal to park bicycles and motorbikes.

It is fully equipped with electric heating and a fireplace (steel with window), furniture, linen and accessories. Location: in the green north of Düsseldorf in a quiet residential area. Walking distance to Messe, LantscherPark, Merkur Spielarena and the Rhine. Conveniently located near the airport, this can lead to higher flight noise nuisance until 23h.

Es ist in einer ruhigen Wohngegend gelegen, aber dennoch nah zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein großes Einkaufscenter ist nur 10 Min zu Fuß entfernt. Am Anfang und Ende der Straße sind genug kostenfreie Parkplätze vorhanden. Bitte beachtet das unsere Straße eine Einbahnstraße ist. .

The cottage, which is independent of our house (we live on the same property), consists of two rooms and a bathroom. In the living room with a small couch and dining table, there is also a small kitchenette with a 2-plate stove, dishes, coffee machine (Senseo), microwave, etc. The bed in the bedroom is 160 x 200 cm. The shower room is a connection between the two rooms. One parking space is right in front of the cottage.
