This rustic cottage has 2 bedrooms (one double bed, two single beds), shower room, living room with a wood-burner, sofa, TV, DVD player, a wc, and fully equipped kitchen (table, fridge/freezer, gas hob, mini oven, microwave).

Villa Lierre is 5 mins from a large supermarket at L’Isle Jourdain. The Circuit du Val de Vienne is 15 minutes away by car. There are historic towns to explore nearby, and the river Vienne is a short walk through the village.

Situated on a twelve acre lake, within a listed & protected zone by Natura 2000. You can eat your breakfast on the terrace next to the lake, in a very beautiful & tranquil setting. The only noise here comes from the birds, wildlife & the sheep in the surrounding fields. Owner lives on site in adjacent farm house. Many local bars & excellent restaurants.

Adorable stone house in historic village.

This idyllic French stone house can sleep up to five people. It has two bedrooms, a large living room with a woodburner, a fitted kitchen with a large dining table and two shower rooms, one on each floor. The rear bedroom has a balcony that overlooks the garden with a ruined abbey and the Charentaise countryside beyond. Outside there's a summer kitchen, a small terrace and a lawned garden. The village has a delightful cake shop, a popular restaurant, artisanal stores and a museum.

Family villa -sleeps 6, private pool

Our large, spacious holiday home, called Maison de La Chasse, can be booked for 6 people or less using just the 3 upstairs bedrooms. Guests still have access to all the fabulous living accommodation and the outside space, including the heated swimming pool. The house is part of a large domaine where the owners have a second gite, plus the owners house. The Villa is set apart from the other houses in it’s own fenced garden overlooking the pastures where the owners keep their horses
