This 44m2 studio/ apartment, located in a very quiet area of residential Begur and only a 20 minute walk to the town center. This fantastic studio offers a full equipped kitchen, beautiful spacious bathroom with large shower, WC and wash hand basin. The sleeping area has a double bed with direct excess to private chill out lounge area. There is also an indoor lounge area with two chairs & coffee table.

An expansive terrace offers unobstructed views of the sea under a cloudy sky. A staircase leads to upper levels, while potted plants add subtle greenery. The surrounding area is tiled, providing a spacious area for relaxation or outdoor dining.
