Loft holiday rentals in Cotswold District

I had a wonderful stay in Jonathan's Under the Eaves apartment with my son. The location is absolutely brilliant, such a privilege to have a lovely place to stay in the heart of Clifton! Jonathan and Nicky were very friendly and welcoming when we arrived, and Jonathan was so helpful and responsive during our stay. We would love to come back again one day!

Wonderful experience visiting family the area and staying here. Professional host and management. My only regret is not being around more to enjoy it!

The apple loft is a lovely, little apartment in the middle of an amazing surrounding. The garden is beautifully arranged and invites for peaceful walks. Absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay!

What a gem Mizpah Loft is! Beautifully designed- & with every care & qality investment for low-impact, sustainability, insulation, etc- but absolutely creating a genuinely homely feel ("our kind of place" ;-) ). Cosy yet spacious, well-apppinted with everything you need- & thoughtful touches providing much more than a lot of AirBnBs (welcome goodies, handy kitchen essentials, bathroom toiletries in proper, no-waste-size bottles, actually interesting books rather than carboot leftovers ;-), etc). Gorgeous views from your private rooftop balcony, through large (triple-glazed!) windows from the dining table- & direct from bed!- over the fields, birds, wildlife & out to the Chilterns. Felt totally welcomed from Tim's prompt messaging to friendly Hullo from Paulina, while not overseen or overlooked at all- really felt it was "ours". Exactly fitted what we needed for a family reunion-stay in the area, definitely hope to return!

What a beautiful place! Rose and David were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home staying at their gorgeous, countryside gem. The stay exceeded our expectations with lovely finishing touches (an Easter egg during our Easter stay, biscuits and fresh hen eggs!) and it was bigger than expected which was perfect with our baby! The surroundings were so peaceful and we looked out with the weather. Just a lovely, relaxing break in a beautiful part of the country! We will definitely be returning in the future - thank you!

Charles was extremely helpful and patient with all our requests, questions and needs from first contact. The situation is perfect and lofts 6 &7 proved perfect for our family of 9 plus a pug. The whole building is delightful, beautifully furnished and user friendly. For us the 2 kitchens were an added convenience. We would highly recommend to all comers. We met the manager just before departure and she too was delightful. Warm, friendly and soo lovely. She does a super job maintaining such high standards. Fantastic stay in a fantastic place! The Loft was brilliant, everything we needed, private and clean. We made use of the pool, tennis court and gardens every day and enjoyed them all very much. Kingham is brilliantly located for so much in the Cotswolds, nothing more than a 25 minute drive. Owners were lovely and we will be back!

We have stayed in the Tetbury area several times and in a variety of lovely properties. The loft was a worthy match to these and had the added bonus of being accessible to the town centre whilst set in beautiful countryside. Caron’s place is a haven of peace and tranquility with all needs catered for in the accommodation. Tasteful decor and furnishings carefully used to create a sense of luxury and calm. We felt both ‘at home’ and that we were privileged to stay in such a lovely place. We both have EVs and Caron let us use her charging point without restriction or hesitation. It was a joy! It certainly takes away the uncertainty and added organisational headache of searching for places to charge. The piece de resistance here is the private access to the Tetbury way old railway line, with miles of safe walking for us and our Labrador. Even in midwinter with a named storm passing through, it was a delight to stroll along beside the stream, on our way into town to enjoy a coffee. Perfect!

Lovely little bolt hole, very close to everything you’d need. Loads of pubs/bars/restaurants. Gorgeous bathroom! Parking is a little tricky on busy sunny weekends, so ditch the car if possible!

A beautiful space tucked away amongst the fields. Perfect for a few days away with our dog. The space was warm and cosy with lots of great amenities and lovely view over the gorgeous garden.

The flat is finished to a very high specification and was a perfect base to explore Tetbury. We enjoyed a coffee at Coffee 53 as recommended by John and had a delicious meal at Casa. We travelled in 2 cars and there is a free long stay car park 5 mins down the road at the Old Railway Yard. So only having one space with the flat is not a problem. We enjoyed the walks from that car park along the valley and river. There are a number of different length walks which are very well signposted from the car park.

Had a lovely 3 night, warm and cosy winter stay in the loft. A great location to relax, read and explore nearby villages and jump the bus into Oxford. Anna and Jonathan were great hosts, who communicated well throughout.

Thank you Alexandra for a wonderful stay with you. The facilities were pure luxury and the surroundings lovely and it was so peaceful. Perfect for our weekend trip. Even better than described. Would 100% recommend.
