House in the countryside ideal for getting together with family or friends, in a quiet and peaceful setting. Composed of an equipped kitchen (oven, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee maker (Tassimo) as well as several small appliances), table with extension. Shower room. Toilet. Large living room with sofa bed. 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed, 1 with double bed + single bed). A laundry room. Terrace on the large garden not overlooked. Baby equipment.

The Cowshed

Stay in the old cowshed on our small farm, set in just under 2 hectares of pasture and woodland, full of wildlife. A great base for exploring Charente and all it has to offer. A rustic Gîte deep in the Charente countryside. Access to our homemade saltwater pool overlooking the valley during the summer months. Badminton/Volleyball and pickleball nets on site. Just 40 minutes from Angoulême. Less than 15 mins from Nanteuil-en-Vallée and Verteuil-sur-charente.

In a protected, hilly and wooded environment of Charente Limousine, traditional Charente house, completely restored, located in a one-hectare park. Large 50 m2 family room. Large stone terrace shaded by a stone pine. Wood-burning stove in the living room. Located on the edge of the village with direct access to the paths. Ideal setting for athletes and/or families who want to enjoy nature and animals: Horses, sheep, chickens are present on the property.

Quietly, in a hamlet near La Rochefoucauld and close to the RN10, the accommodation at your disposal is an extension of our house. Guests can enjoy the Charente countryside, as paths are directly accessible on foot or by mountain bike. The 3-star gîte welcomes you all year round in a green and tranquil setting on the banks of the Charente. Ideal for fishing, swimming or a canoe ride, it offers privileged access to the banks of the river. This single-story house, fully fenced and lined with a sapinette, is located in Condac, close to the leisure center of Réjallant between Ruffec, (with its shops) and the charming village of Verteuil, renowned for its castle and mill.
