Holiday rentals with a beach view in Dana Point

Angela may be the best host I've ever had! She is super warm and welcoming, and her place is gorgeous and well set up. Couldn't pick a better location to be close to the best beach town in Socal, Redondo! Perfect place to walk to the Redondo pier or go for a job on the Strand. A+

Hollys place was the perfect spot while we were visiting our daughter. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach, the bikes and beach chairs. We will be back next time we visit.

I could not say enough about my stay here. It was absolutely perfect. I couldn’t be anymore thankful for them letting us use the Airbnb and everything they did to make my stay nothing short of perfect. 10/10 I recommend this.

Victoria was an amazing host! Very communicative and such a kind heart. The fires were happening in the north and our friends we were meeting at her house, came in a day earlier and were staying in another hotel close to fires. She offered them to come a day early to get away from the smoke!! Her house was south of fires, so we were OK here. She then offered us a late checkout as our flight wasn't until 8pm at night. This was so welcome as we have young children. She really went above and beyond! Her place is very homely and great to be close to the beach. Thank you for everything Victoria :)

We had a great stay (family of 6 with young kids). The views are great and everyone was very comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful when I had questions.

We had a fantastic stay in Manhattan Beach! The space was perfect for our family of four — spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed and more. The location is unbeatable: walkable to shops, restaurants, and just steps from the beach. The ocean view was stunning, and the sound of the waves was like having a built-in sound machine — so relaxing. Everything was clean, from the linens to the towels, and the home felt welcoming and well cared for. We’d love to come back!

Very happy with Heidi and Chuck’s place. Felt like home, amazingly clean and welcoming place. The view is wonderful, ocean is near by. House has everything we needed, our room was delightful and perfectly clean, close distance to the restaurants and stunning sunsets Thank you Heidi and Chuck for your lovely Dana Point house! 😊

We stayed at Franks place for 5 days while my husband recuperated from surgery. We loved the quiet/peaceful garden space and the ability to pop over to the beach or park easily. Great water pressure in the shower and a comfortable bed made our stay very enjoyable. The neighborhood has just about everything you might need in walking distance and it feels away from the hustle and bustle of LA but close enough when needed.

This was our third stay at The Shack! If you're traveling to the peninsula, the price for this location cannot be beat — walkable to Pavilions, the beach (including the boardwalk), Lido, and so many fantastic restaurants. The condo is clean, comfortable, and offers great people watching from its second-story vantage. Will continue to recommend!

Love staying here with my kids. They enjoy the beach and pool. I enjoy surfing! The bed and pull out sofa are very comfortable. I personally appreciate tons of hooks to hang up wet stuff. Can’t wait to stay here again!

My daughter and I take a trip to Newport every year for spring break. This was one of the most memorable. I’m from Newport so I’m well aware of what makes a great property and experience. Pam did not miss one detail. The bikes, beach gear, coolers, wagons, toys, and everything else she provided were SO NICE to have. Most Airbnb’s don’t go above and beyond with all the extras like she does and it was so appreciated. Thank you, Pam!
