The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. Our house is located in Malmedy, close to Spa-Francorchamps and the "plateau des hautes fagnes", in a very quiet residential area with access to the ravel and walking paths less than 100 m. The house include : 4 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dinning room, a living room, a games room with pool table. In addition, our swimming pool (EXCLUSIVELY from May to September) and sauna can be used by our guests. We will be happy to share the love of our region and our traditions.

Our House: ruim 200m2 woonplezier Rustig gelegen woonhuis aan de rand van Sevenig. Slechts 3 km van het drielandenpunt met Luxemburg en België aan het prachtige Ourdal. Het huis heeft een grote woonkamer met houtkachel en een ruime volledig ingerichte eetkeuken. Grote relax en sportruimte met sauna, tafeltennistafel, pooltafel, dartbord en volop bordspellen, en een sjoelbak en televisie plus wifi. Ervaar de rust van het Naturpark Südeifel en het huis met zijn vele extra's.

The Tyroliastübchen is located in a 140 soul village, not far from Schönecken. The forest is at the front door, as is a sitting area. The property is fully fenced, so your dog can run freely. It should only be socially acceptable, since we ourselves also call 2 furry friends our own. On the property there is also the utility room, washing machine and dryer are available. The apartment (over 100 square meters) is in an old fully restored former inn. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the stables with horses. Quiet location. A place to relax or just to come down.
