Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Situated in the grounds of this 12th Century Chateau with six acres of mature gardens and woodlands, surrounded by fields of corn. This pretty detached gatehouse boasts three double bedrooms, one with twin beds, two reception rooms, eat-in kitchen and a family bathroom with separate wc. Outside there is an above ground pool and pool house, with two separate seating areas to relax. A short car journey to Orthez for everything you need.

Dream Beach House 300m from Ocean

Beautiful bright beach house on large pine property 3 minutes walking distance from Bourdaines beach and 3 minutes drive from the golf course. Famous restaurants at the lake, major supermarkets and bars are all located close by. The traditional "landaise" style house is newly renovated. The interior mixes elements form the region with contemporary furniture and art. A large generous outside deck was newly built and together with the outside grill is a favorite hangout on lush summer nights.

Tennis court 3 minutes by car. Equestrian center very close, as well to prestigious golf courses... Close to all shops 5 min drive...

With 2 bedrooms with quality beds, a nice living area and a fairly big garden, you will be staying in one of the best spot on the coast...trust me I have lived in the Hossegor, Seignosse area for the last 25 years!
