Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Daytona Beach

Maryna is an excellent host! She was very responsive when we had an issue with the lockbox, she sent someone there within 10 mins and she also came by to ensure the issue was resolved. The home was really nice, very clean and smelled fresh. On my next visit to Sanford I would love to stay here again.

Our son, Joshua, is on staff at YWAM Orlando. We came to spend Easter with him. Due to YWAM hospitality not having availability, we began searching for an Airbnb nearby. Joshua stated that Grace's parents had an Airbnb right next door to Grace and Eric's home. He saw that it was available, and I booked it. I believe that it was the hand of God that pointed us there. It was perfect for us to be able to spend quality time with Joshua. Our daughter Erin, Joshua's sister, passed away January 21, 2024. Because of this, we cherish time spent with our son. It was close to YWAM and Joshua's church. The neighborhood was quiet, and the accommodations were wonderful for us. Thank you and God Bless!

We had a lovely stay. It was such a clean house with a homey vibe! Phyllis was also quick to respond with our questions. We would stay again, the price was great for the value!

This was the perfect place for us to use has home base while doing a series of day trips. Restaurants and grocery stores were just minutes away. Loved how quiet the neighborhood was, and especially enjoyed waking over to a nearby park with a great playground and open spaces for frisbee and running around. Beds were so comfortable, and there was a variety of pillows to choose from.

This house is Beautiful. It has plenty of room if you want to have guests over . Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Very comfy beds. All the amenities you could need on a vacation. We will definitely be back. Eileen was an attentive host and answered my questions very quickly.

Hands down the best AirBnB I have seen. Place looks brand new, great totally stocked kitchen with an abundance of utensils and cookware (we even found a crockpot!). Bathrooms are beautiful, especially the master. Bedrooms are great and the outdoor patio are is gorgeous. Great communication and hassle free checkin. Just A+ experience all around. Location was great for us as it was close to the relatives we were visiting but also 15 minutes from the beach, 40 minutes to St. Augustine and about 90 minutes to Orlando. Great central location for everything we wanted to see. We’ll definitely book again when we come back to visit.

We stayed here once before and were so happy to return—it was just as great the second time! The views are beautiful, and the peaceful, relaxed setting makes it easy to feel at home. We loved how there was plenty of room in the fridge for all our family’s meals and snacks, and they even had coffee available so we could enjoy our morning coffee while taking in the sunrise. The thoughtful touches throughout the home, like toys and dishes for the kids, really make it an easy and enjoyable stay. We’ve recommended it several times over the last couple years and look forward to coming back next time!

So much better than staying in a hotel. The location is a quiet residential neighborhood. You have your own small side yard for a morning yoga stretch or a quick potty break for your dog. The apartment has a separate space for the bedroom, bath and kitchen/living/study area. Everything was very clean and new. Plenty of hot water, towels and coffee for three days. Will stay here again.

Chris had a fantastic response time and was overall a pleasure to work with. The house was fairly difficult to find but that didn’t take away from the place. Great experience all together.

This was at least our third time staying with Kirsten, although our first time in this unit in the 4-plex. We never consider staying anywhere else when we come to St. Augustine! The apartment is comfortable and well-appointed. Very comfortable beds. Enough in the kitchen to cook comfortably, but there are many wonderful eating options in easy walking distance, so we only ate breakfast at "home." The backyard pool is lovely. We bring our own pool floats and laze at least a day or two away there every time we come. Kirsten is a joy to deal with: prompt, friendly, clear communication.

Excellent location, very spacious rooms except the kitchen was a bit minimal. Owner was very easy to communicate with.

Very cute apartment. Plenty of space for the 3 of us. Location is a short ride to the downtown area. Great restaurants and shops. They had a binder full of details that was very helpful. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed Amy & Gaston’s place! Great location, close to the beach. We loved the use of beach chairs, umbrella, towels, and cooler. We really enjoyed our morning walks to the Kookaburra and our evenings at Cone Heads (w/ nondairy options). This is a great, quiet place to stay if you’re looking for a lowkey beach vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lauren’s condo. Check-in was easy and she responded quickly to the few questions we had. The condo was clean, well equipped and close to the beach. The location was also great with several restaurants nearby and an easy drive to historic St Augustine. I would love to book the condo again next time I’m in town.

I loved my stay at this unit. The unit itself was very clean and located in such a lovely spot. Todd was very proactive and responsive regarding my stay. I will be looking for more of Todd’s bookings when I return to St. Augustine.

Butch was a very responsive host . He gave great recommendations and made sure to it that we had great instructions about check in check out , what he expected at the end of our stay etc.. The money we paid for the stay was very reasonable for beach front property. The beach was gorgeous , the ocean views from the condo couldn’t be better . There were outstanding restaurants and day trip activities to be had just about everywhere . We started with a dolphin and manatee kayak tour, rolling brunch and sunset cruise . The city is rich in history and we learned so much while there ! Butch has a fantastic property and knows how to keep his customers comfortable and wanting to return.

Peaceful, quiet, beach retreat. If you are looking for a quiet beach location away from the hustle and bustle this is a great spot. Clean amenities throughout the condo complex and this condo is spotless! Would definitely recommend this place!

Great location for beach access. Private, quiet, pool and hot tub a bonus. Clean, bright, well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture and beds. Loved staying here, hope to be back. Recommend 100 percent.

Very spacious and clean, nice garage and parking space, felt very locked in with gates and parking deck garage doors close, close to the beach and nice restaurants and things around and not too far from Daytona either, enjoyed the stay and condo was super nice would for sure stay again, pool was nice as well and hot tub just water was warm for 90 degree weather in the pool, other than that no issues at all, great price for 3 night stay and owner of the property was great as well helped out by extending the check out time when we needed it. Would recommend to anyone and will be back soon hopefully.
