Small private island located between Angouleme and Cognac, on the path of the bike path "La Flow vélo", in the immediate vicinity of the pretty beach of Le Bain des Dames. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This pretty studio is located between the St Cybard and Les Planes neighborhoods, ideally located a 5-minute drive from downtown Angouleme and 2.7 km from the train station and close to the RN10. Bus access is a 3-minute walk away. The entrance to the studio is independent via a secure electric sliding gate with a Pass. The studio is located in an annex building to our main house.

A calm and peaceful moment

Very peaceful neigbourhood close to Angoulême. Garden of 4000sqm with a little forest with oak trees. Covered parking space available. 3km from Angoulême and around 7 minutes from it's city center. The center of Puymoyen is about 400m away and you will find there small shops and a bus station. Direct access to the "vallée des eaux claires" and multiple hiking spots.

A SMALL HOUSE AT THE FOOT OF THE CASTLE

At the foot of La Rochefoucauld Castle Close to the pool, and the city center 20 km from Angoulême (Francophone Film Festival at the end of August, Circuit des Remparts in mid-September, International Comic Book Festival at the end of January) The accommodation is located upstairs on a garage where we store personal belongings.
